Box B3003, 2930\nBrasschaat (Belgium) and registered under number BE 0719.862.140, attaches\ngreat importance to the protection of the personal data of its customers and\nusers (together referred to as the \u2018Users\u2019) of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tamashi.eu\">www.tamashi.eu<\/a>&nbsp;website (referred to as the\n\u2018Website\u2019). TAMASHI is responsible for processing the personal data through its\nWebsite. TAMASHI undertakes to comply with the General Data Protection\nRegulation (Regulation 2016\/679).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n1. WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nTAMASHI processes the following personal data of the Users:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>information on the device used (computer\/mobile device) and the\n     use of the Website, including his e-mail address, IP address, operating\n     system, browser type, time and geographical location;<\/li><li>personal data necessary for using the Website or placing an\n     order: surname, first name, date of birth or age, address, e-mail address,\n     mobile\/telephone number, billing or payment data;<\/li><li>any other information that the User decides to transfer to\n     TAMASHI himself.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If information is provided by the User himself\nvia a form, then the fields indicated with an (*) are strictly necessary for\nthe purposes for which it is processed. The other fields can be filled in to\nfacilitate TAMASHI\u2019s services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The name and profile photo of the User can\nbe recognised automatically, where necessary, if the User logs in to the\nWebsite via Facebook or other social media. The User agrees to the Website\nretrieving information from other social media.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nTAMASHI shall process the personal data of the Users for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>to allow CUSTOMERS to use the Website;<\/li><li>to improve the content and user-friendliness of the Website;<\/li><li>for customer management;<\/li><li>for accounting and invoicing;<\/li><li>to inform CUSTOMERS personally about new products or services.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The personal data of the Users may be\ncommunicated to companies affiliated with TAMASHI for one or more of the <a>aforementioned<\/a> purposes. Before personal data are used\nfor purpose E, a warning message shall appear and the Users shall be asked for\nexplicit consent. This provision does not affect TAMASHI\u2019s right to place\ngeneral advertisements on the Website, both for TAMASHI and for third parties,\nwithout a prior warning message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nIF PROCESSING IS BASED ON THE USER\u2019S CONSENT, THE USER MAY WITHDRAW THIS CONSENT\nAT ANY TIME, WITHOUT THIS AFFECTING THE LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING BASED ON CONSENT\nGIVEN BEFORE ITS WITHDRAWAL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nTAMASHI shall make the personal data of the Users available to its staff on a \u2018need-to-know\u2019\nbasis. TAMASHI may use processors to process the Users\u2019 personal data. TAMASHI may\ntransfer the personal data to the following (categories of) recipients within\nthe EU:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>processors who provide statistical research and analysis;<\/li><li>processors who provide hosting for this Website;<\/li><li>organisations concerned with processing payments;<\/li><li>organisations with which TAMASHI has a legal obligation to\n     share the personal data.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>TAMASHI reserves the right to transfer the personal\ndata to any affiliated company or company that wishes to take over TAMASHI\u2019s\nactivities, products or customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n4. RETENTION OF THE PERSONAL DATA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nTAMASHI undertakes not to retain the personal data of the Users longer than\nnecessary for the purposes defined above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n5. RIGHTS OF THE USERS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nTHE USER HAS THE RIGHT TO ACCESS HIS PERSONAL DATA. THE USER ALSO HAS THE RIGHT\n(I) TO REQUEST THE CORRECTION OF INCORRECT PERSONAL DATA, AND (II) TO REQUEST\nTHE REMOVAL OF PERSONAL DATA. THE USER ALSO HAS THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE\nPROCESSING OF HIS PERSONAL DATA FOR PUBLICITY PURPOSES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise the rights referred to above,\nthe User may contact TAMASHI at the e-mail address <a href=\"mailto:sales@tamashi.com\">legal@tamashi.eu<\/a>. TAMASHI shall inform the\nUser of what action has been taken within one (1) month of the request being received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The User also has the right to lodge a\ncomplaint with the Belgian supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority,\nDrukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n6. COOKIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nVIA HIS BROWSER SETTINGS, THE USER CAN REFUSE THE INSTALLATION OF COOKIES. THIS\nREFUSAL MAY HAVE AN ADVERSE EFFECT ON THE OPERATION OF CERTAIN PARTS OF THE WEBSITE.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nTAMASHI uses cookies to facilitate the use of the Website.
